Following thumbnails are of some cutlass type blades and hilts I have done.  Blade length of these is 24" and overall weight runs from 2 1/4 to 3 lbs.  These have a type of hollow ground blade designed to have a thick edge and back to stand up to "sane" re enactment combat use.  For those who want to really pound on them I would suggest a V cross section profile.   Currently prices range from $240 to $360.
