Generally the blade lengths are 32".  Flex ranges from 8 lbs to 24 lbs.  Prices on these run from around $150 and up.  Can pretty much do the length and flex someone wants and degree of curve to some extent.  Best thing is if you want something let me know what specs you are after and will see what I can do.  

   Blade length is 32" and width at guard is 13/16".  Overall length is 39" and weight  is 1.5 lbs.  The Curve of blade is 2 1/2", flex is 9 lbs and balance is 2 1/2" in front of the guard.  Note that I have started (finally) to bend the tang down a bit towards the blade edge.  Am also drilling the pommels to allow a key to be inserted for better tightening.  Last refinement is working to make the tang hole in the guard much better fitting to reduce the guard shifting that caused the hilt to loosen in my earlier models.
